No one diet is right for everyone.

Most popular diets can actually cause more problems than they solve. Getting healthy is NOT about beating yourself into submission and enduring deprivations! It’s about working WITH your unique biochemical individuality to harness your body’s innate self-healing capacities.

Your own Customized Eating Guidelines (“CEG”), which I will design for you using specialized nutritional software, can show you how to SUPPORT your health and help you manage your weight, all while giving you more delicious food choices than you thought were possible…

Why popular diets don’t work

Popular diets come and go—but none really promotes health in the long run.

  • The “one-size-fits-all” approach can’t address individual needs
  • They’re too restrictive and complicated
  • They address one issue like weight or detoxification, while actually causing
    other imbalances
  • They’re largely based on what food industries want us to buy
  • They’re not sustainable, and the sense of deprivation only backfires.

Then how is your own ideal diet determined?

Several diet typology systems and other proven nutritional strategies have been developed by several renowned nutritional researchers, including:

  • Dr. Joseph Mercola
  • Dr. Udo Erasmus
  • William Wolcott
  • Paul Pitchford
  • Dr. Laura Power
  • and many others

The research indicates that different people need different diets to achieve their ideal weight and optimal health. The systems that control your metabolism may function differently from your friends’ or spouse’s, because your typology is different.

We use the following diet typology systems:

  • Body type/which endocrine gland is dominant
  • Blood type
  • Metabolic type

How your Customized Eating Guidelines are created

I provide a questionnaire for you to answer, and determine your individual typology.  Then I enter this information into the  FoodPharmacy(TM) software. This powerful technology was developed out of the work of the nutritionists listed above.

The program integrates all the information, and the result is your own Customized Eating Guidelines – an elegant, color-coded chart of over 350 foods, showing which foods are:

  • best for you to eat regularly
  • okay for you to eat generally
  • to eat only occasionally
  • to avoid

To attempt to do this kind of powerful analysis manually would take many hours, and most nutritionists aren’t individualizing their recommendations this precisely.

In addition to the food chart, you receive my e-book: Shopping, Cooking, Eating for Health – a whole package of valuable information to support your progress.

Here’s a sample chart just for a peek at what it looks like. The foods in green show you what you should emphasize in your diet; the foods in black are okay; the foods in italics should be eaten on a limited basis, and the foods in red should be avoided.
